OFF TO A FLYING START FROM PAGE 1. THE launch of a new residential community is generally accompanied by a combination of anticipation, excitement and nerves. And so it was with the launch of Villawood Properties’ Delaray community in Clyde North. Any potential fears were misplaced, however, with impressive levels of interest in the first stage of this project which, upon completion, will feature more than 1000 homes. The less than ideal weather conditions proved no deterrent to a steady stream of potential residents and the high levels of interest have continued.
