The continued popularity of shows like Masterchef and My Kitchen Rules has seen home owners become more adventurous with cooking and more exacting in what they want - making the kitchen an even more important feature. pan size recognition and an undermount rangehood. There is also a fully integrated Smeg dishwasher with a five-stage water filtration system, natural drying condenser and auto door open at the end of the wash cycle. Quality is the key with the all the state-of-the-art Smeg products and Frankie undermount sinks and Phoenix Rush matte black tapware in both the kitchen and butler’s pantry. A combination of Ravine finish and gloss finish laminate cabinetry is featured throughout the kitchen and butler’s pantry with Caesarstone benchtops to all work surfaces. It includes a feature laminate island servery benchtop and feature open shelving details. Soft close drawer and door closing mechanisms have also been installed. Arden has incorporated Caesarstone’s latest product Calacatta Nuvo throughout the kitchen which offers the look of luxurious natural stone with the durability

and ease of maintenance that Caesarstone quartz surfaces are renowned for. The kitchen area is also a control hub for the Cbus programmable lighting control system with Saturn Series LED light switches. Direct access to the alfresco area is possible through bi-fold doors from the kitchen/dining area and a bi-fold window directly from the butler’s pantry. The butler’s pantry in itself is a highly practical working space and is wellappointed with plenty of cupboard space, Caesarstone benchtop, starfire glass splashback and sink.
