AWARDS FLOW FOR O’BRIEN IT MAY be less than two years old but O’Brien Real Estate’s Pakenham Office is already proving a success. The office is currently celebrating after picking up several awards at O’Brien’s Awards night held at the Crown Casino earlier this month. Competing against property consultants from across the 12 offices, Pakenham’s Michael Studd proved quite the star with three awards on the night. More than 260 people attended the ceremony, including 80 to 90 agents from across the group. Property consultant Michael took out the group’s prestigious “Rising Star Award” for the best

first year in real estate. It was a double triumph for the Pakenham office with the team’s Nicole Barrett finishing third in the same category. Michael also picked up his office’s “cultural award” and was also one of O’Brien’s Achievers. Pakenham principal Rod Capuano said it was a great achievement for the office, which isn’t yet two years old. Established in September 2013, the office has already found a niche in what is a competitive market and also been able to support the local community. Rod said the O’Brien offices put away a small

amount from each of their sales commissions to help the Oli E Foundation. Established in 2009 with the aim to support a then eight-year-old girl called Olivia Evans with cerebral palsy, the group supports ill and disabled children in the local area. Rod said thanks to sales in excess of $67 million in the past year, Pakenham will be making a donation of $6000 to help local children.
