There will be 20 homes on display including the latest from Metricon, Simonds, Cheviot Homes, Green Design Homes, JG King Homes, Red Bluff Homes, Dennis Family Homes, Fairhaven Homes, Roseleigh Homes, Aaron J Homes and Eco Homes.

The event is open to everybody and will include entertainment for the kids while Mum and Dad check out the latest homes and relax with a tortilla and a curry around the lake or a sausage from the BBQ with a can of drink.

Land prices at the about to the released Kestle Park Release 2 range from $124,000 (473m2) to $206,000 (1128m2) as well as offering a range of house and land packages from the display village builders.
