Where is your favourite part of Noosa and why? Walking along my local beach at Sunshine through to Noosa National Park would have to be the most relaxing and tranquil way to spend a morning or afternoon, taking time to appreciate the paradise we live in. The ocean and skies are so pretty, forever changing with the seasons. What attracted you to a career in property? I was first introduced to the industry as a personal assistant by one of the most successful agents in the business. I reflect on the skills I obtained now, as an agent in my own right, and am so grateful this has given me the firm foundation for my successful career ahead. Studying a bachelor of fine arts at university enhanced my appreciation of aesthetic value in colour and design which has served me very well in this industry. What is the best advice you can give to potential home buyers/sellers?

If you’re looking to buy a house - set up email alert on one of the major real estate websites - that way you get to see the houses with the criteria you are looking for as they are listed. If you’re selling your property make sure you present your home to the best of its ability - de-clutter, tidy up the gardens, attend to minor repairs, paint, carpet - all of these little things can help you achieve the price you are looking for. Kitchens and bathrooms are important, so spend a bit of time dressing up the rooms before inspections. You want people to walk into your home and fall in love straight away.
