Strong price for vacant land VACANT industrial land in a tightly held precinct at Noosaville has sold for almost $1.4 million. The 3595 square metre site at lots 19-21 on the corner of Selkirk Drive and Lionel Donovan Drive, Noosaville, was sold to a local developer by Ray White Commercial Noosa and Sunshine Coast North’s Tracey Ryan, Paul Butler and Paul Forrest on behalf of a local owner.
