A DECADE OF SUCCESS HARVEST Realty at Hampton Park will celebrate 10 successful years in the real estate industry this week. With a decade of service - and four staff members who have been there since the beginning - agency principal Vincent Djuang believes they must be doing something right. Vincent and manager Heliana Djuang, along with Tyrone Joseph (property management) and Julia Tikhanov (trust accounting), were all there at the opening day a decade ago. The remaining four staff, including the sales team, have been on board for the past five years. Vincent believes the company’s stability and honest approach to their clients has stood them in good stead over the years. “We sell around 150 houses a year so that’s well over 1000 over the 10 years,” he

said proudly. “We love what we do and we love our staff.” He said they enjoy being part of the Hampton Park community and are big supporters of local events. And its this real love and concern for the area and it’s people that Vincent, who has been in the real estate industry for 20 years both overseas in Australia, believes has led to both the longevity and success of the Hampton Park office. He said the staff at Harvest Realty cared about what they did and they cared about their clients, meaning that repeat business and word of mouth had become a major and important part of their business.
