CLYDE North’s newest display village held its spectacular grand opening event at Clydevale Estate recently. Members of the public were invited into more than 30 of the display homes on-site to admire the innovative designs from some of Australia’s most recognised premier builders. The family fun day event attracted a record number of potential homebuyers from all around Victoria with hundreds of visitors coming to check out the display village throughout the day. The wide variety of home designs on offer has positioned this display village as a stand out within the region. Whether visitors were casually browsing or seriously in the market for a new home, the style and quality of homes on display left everyone feeling inspired. Clydevale’s sales office can also now boast its very own café - the Hideaway Café. After a very busy start to business on Saturday, the café will now be open for breakfast and lunch seven days week. Kids on the day were spoiled for choice with free activities while parents were able to sit back and relax with their coffees between browsing through homes. The CFA was also present with a pop-up barbecue that sold more than 300 sausages in just two hours, all funds going to the local brigade. “My expectations for the day were blown away,” said Kaikura sales manager Bruce Lewis. “Everyone seemed very happy and stayed to enjoy the activities throughout the afternoon. It was a great way to celebrate the opening of the display village.” Clydevale has been experiencing unprecedented sales and will be continuing this momentum with a number of new stage releases just around the corner.
