But the same principles apply. Houses are cheaper on the outer fringes of the city than they are in the inner ring,” she said. Ms Moore said a change in investment strategy would see rent-vesting gain in popularity in Queensland. “Younger people are learning to look at investment in property in a very different way to previous generations.
