Sales agents said the commercial property’s marketing campaign attracted almost 1500 internet hits and there were five registered bidders onsite with bidding kicking off at $900,000 on the day. NOOSA HOME WINNER OF 2017 ARCHITECTURE AWARD The stunning 30 Mitti Street in Little Cove has won the House of the Year award at the 2017 Queensland Regional Architecture Awards. The Noosa-based team walked away from the Century 21 quarterly awards ceremony with their arms full and their smiles wide, winning the award for the top office for the first quarter for both the number of properties sold and the gross closed commissions. The biggest success however waited at the end when Century 21 Conolly Hay Group picked up the highly-prized award for the top office nationwide. Vicki Bond, Century 21 Queensland Service Area and Development manager, said the Conolly Hay Group team were “ahead of the pack” when considering their results and achievements throughout the quarter.
