DURING the mid to late 1990s, Frank Facey First National Real Estate expanded and grew from the original office in Dandenong (C1917), to a network of offices in Narre Warren, Mulgrave, Berwick, Endeavour Hills and Glen Waverly. At the same time, Cremin Real Estate was building an impressive following in the Pakenham area. Prior to the 1970s, Pakenham was a quiet, rural district enjoyed mostly by the Gippsland farming fraternity but as the South-Eastern corridor became more and more popular for families and professionals as a great place to live and work, a boom in industry followed. Jack Cremin was a well-known and respected figure in the Pakenham region. Back in 1978 he purchased Nobelius and Co and in 1980 they acquired Cotton-Stapleton Real Estate in Pakenham and amalgamated the two, which became Cremin Real Estate in 1984. By 2002 Jack Cremin merged with Frank Facey First National to become Cremin Frank Facey First National. This merger was a perfect match and an important decision for the future success of the company. Two of the most experienced and popular real estate agencies combined their talents and joined forces to ensure that all bases were covered in providing the optimum real estate service for the region. Now, Frank Facey First National Real

Estate had the South East covered from Dandenong right out to Pakenham. Exciting times were to follow. In 2011 the business became First National Real Estate Neilson Partners under the one entity of Facey Pty Ltd. Todd McKenna and Nyall Greene (directors and partners in First National Neilson Partners), have run the Pakenham office since those early days and have been at the forefront of the company’s success and growth throughout the Pakenham region.
