CoreLogic Data showed the median house price in Hampton Park had risen 20.4 percent over the past 12 months (to $487,000) whilst units rose 14.6 per cent ($370,000). “The cash rate remained unchanged over 2017 and that has encouraged both owner-occupants and investors to compete in the marketplace, placing pressure on property prices,” Mr Deo said.
