BUYERS FLOCK TO OWN PIECE OF HISTORY THE first release of Galieo’s new Mt Pleasant residential development high above Pakenham has proved exceptionally popular with buyers, Premium lots flew out the door, selling 82 on the weekend of the launch day, Saturday 4 August. Featuring 100-acres of prime land in Melbourne’s South East, part of the site’s appeal is its rich history dating back 175 years to the city’s early days. In 1843, an adventurous young Englishman named Thomas Minton was inspired by the site’s rolling hills and picturesque outlook to make it his home.
