A securely let factory at 15-16 Carl Court in Hallam sold for $1.4 million on Wednesday 1 August, delivering new investors an outstanding property and proving that the Hallam Industrial Precinct is the place to be. A crowd of 40 watched two bidders push the 1457 square metre property to $1.32M - at which point the hammer fell passing the property in.
