Just down the road in Hastings Street, Tom Offermann Real Estate sold an apartment this week for $5.85m, an offmarket sale setting a new record by more than $1m for a two-bedroom apartment. A waterfront home on Noosa Sound also recently sold for $9.5m. Offermann’s have also had a string of successful hinterland sales in Noosa’s golden triangle in the past two weeks with four multi-million-dollar sales.
