Lax on vax New data that reveals Casey and Cardinia are lagging behind in comparison to the rest of Victoria when it comes to vaccinations. The data revealed that as of Friday 27 August, 50.1 per cent of Cardinia’s 86,129 eligible residents had received their first dose, but only 28.2 per cent had been fully vaccinated. In the City of Casey 47.7 per cent of eligible residents have rolled up their sleeves for the first jab, but only 27.8 per cent had received both doses. STORY PAGE 17
