There were four registered bidders, and it was sold under the hammer for $1.85m. Success also reigned supreme at Peter TeWhata’s listing of riverside apartment 14 Jacaranda at 12 Hastings St, Noosa Heads. Bidding began at $2m, quickly gained momentum to $2.3m and was hotly contested by six registered bidders, two on site and four from interstate, before it was sold under the hammer for $2.892m a record result for the Jacaranda complex.
