Visitor’s Guide

Father & son team Geoff & Daniel Schell have South Australian agriculture in their veins, owning / operating a Merino sheep & mixed cropping enterprise in the mid north of SA for over 35 years, & recently expanding into viticulture in the Clare Valley.

The Schells have successfully marketed & sold rural properties on the 3 Peninsulas, in the Barossa & ranges, in the SA Riverland region in the Adelaide hills & on the Limestone Coast. As rural agents, they’ve set record prices for their vendors in a number of regions, across commodity classes from cropping & livestock to boutique vineyards. They bring family values to every property transaction coupled with the marketing ‘know how’ & exceptional negotiation skills.
