Dean McLure had three registered bidders for the four-bedroom, four-bathroom house with pool and bidding to $2.5m. The bidders were all local yet with different agendas - one wanting to relocate to a quieter community, a young family looking for a golf-course change while representing value for them, and a couple actively seeking a property there for quite some time and seeing value north of $2m. Dean expects post-auction negotiations to see a contract this week. The marketing and energy of the campaign saw a Noosa Heads house-owner
deciding to sell his property by auction. The beautiful, architect-designed house at 9 Jan St, Noosa Heads, comes with a rainforest outlook.
