The display village sits within the initial stages of Warralily where the first landscaping, public art installations, pathways, playground and park areas are now complete. Warralily’s sales and marketing manager Sally Steinkrug says the Warralily landscape has significantly transformed over the last few months with an exciting sense of a new and growing community. “We’ve now released over 329 titles and have more than 75 families calling Warralily home,” she said. “It’s quickly moving from a construction site to one of the region’s most-sought-after communities. We have another 35 homes under construction due to be completed in the coming weeks. “We feel that Warralily is taking great steps in cementing itself as the place to live.” Warralily encourages anyone spending time wandering through the display homes to pop into the new estate’s sales and information centre for a coffee and a chat in the WLounge. New designs for big blocks GEELONG Homes is set for an exciting year in 2013, with two new displays to open. The all-new Hamilton 3 is under construction on Geelong Rd at Bannockburn, with a design suiting the large allotment and rural setting. This large homestead-style design features a return front verandah, three living areas, a gourmet kitchen with a butler’s pantry and four bedrooms, with the main boasting two walk-in robes and a separate toilet to the en suite. With four variants in the Hamilton range and five in the sister Clarendon series, clients are sure to find a home to suit their individual needs. Sales manager Phil Hodgkinson says the Hamilton and Clarendon ranges are ideal for sweeping corner allotments and acreage-type lots. “We anticipate the Hamilton 3 to be open around April or May,” Mr Hodgkinson says. Geelong Homes’ new Explorer 177 display is about to start construction at Ocean Grove’s Oakdene Estate. The display will feature a stunning new Coastal Plus facade. The Explorer’s design has three bedrooms, the main with a walk-in robe and en suite, two living areas, a butler’s pantry, an alfresco area, raked ceilings to the family, meals and kitchen zone, electronic Velux skylights to the kitchen and family spaces and the ensuite and a Jetmaster gas fire.
