Luke Eglin, among the first to buy at Warralily, is set to be its first resident after beginning home building at Armstrong Creek last week. Warralily development manager Matthew Fleischmann says the preparation work underway for the foundations of Mr Eglin’s new home at Mistybrook Plc marks the beginning of Warralily as a “community” and “the start of something big” for the region’s building industry.
