Developer Ross Closter says the new estate will appeal to anyone seeking a large block in a central location. “Most new developments are on the fringe of town, so Central Walk is unique,” he says. Central Walk Drysdale recently received a $1 million beautifully landscaped waterway and recreation area. The landscape embellishment includes pedestrian bridges over the waterway, a pavilion viewing deck, 34,000 plants and a series of 10 twisted stainless steel

Interested buyers should act soon, with more than 40 lots already sold. “We have a handful of lots left for sale in stages one and two. We’ve only just released stage three and have sold about eight of 20 that are yet to be developed,” Ross says. Stages one and two are near a beautiful waterway and recreation area, while three and four are closer to Drysdale’s town centre. “Blocks are starting from as little as $136,000, so it’s probably some of the cheapest land on the Bellarine Peninsula,” Ross says.
