Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Projects Benefiting Various Communities Close To Their Developments (Including Environmental Efforts) Matrix Aidilfitri Festival on June 2018 Appearing in Bandar Sri Sendayan for the first time, the Legendary Malaysian Rockers has embarked on a Raya Concert in regards of Matrix Aidilfitri Festival at d'Tempat Country Club, Bandar Sri Sendayan. Accordingly, the festival is also in conjunction with the 21st anniversary of Matrix Concepts and 5year Matrix have been listed on Bursa Malaysia. The festival organized by Matrix is not only implemented to create space and opportunity for connecting and strengthening community relationships, but it is also a platform for Matrix to express its appreciation to BSS residents for their outstanding support.

The entire family had come from early February till the end of the festivity and were adorned with the mesmerizing CNY decorations for a spectacular photo-taking sessions. Visitors were enthralled with spectacular performances such as Lion Dances & Acrobatic Lion Dances, Chinese Drums Performance, Traditional Mask Changing, Games Booth, God of Prosperity Chinese and Traditional Dance Performance. Apart from that, visitors also were entertained by a Mr. Bean Impersonator, Fortune Reading and also savor famous Traditional Snacks.

Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Projects Benefiting Various Communities Close To Their Developments (Including Environmental Efforts) Harmony Run 2018 @ Bandar Sri Sendayan On 29th April 2018, Harmony Run, the charity run was held at at BSS, organized by Malaysian Fo Guang Buddhist Association, in collaboration with Matrix Concepts Holdings Berhad. The run was also supported by Seri Pajam Development, Mega 3 Housing, Minsoon Credit Sdn Bhd, Millennium Welt Sdn Bhd, Y&Y Mix Sdn Bhd, Tarif Maksimum Sdn Bhd, NSCMH Medical Centre and Brooks as the official apparel sponsor. Other sponsors included Nestle Malaysia, Salonpas, Indocafe, Good Morning, Marrybrown, N-ions Master and Jigger & Shaker Bistro.
In addition, an amount of RM400,000, which were proceeds raised from the run, to the association for its Education Fund.

Good Customer Service Initiatives From Pre- To Post Sales Bandar Sri Sendayan – A Safe City A Safe City roundtable discussion was held on 19 February 2017. Matrix and the Malaysia Crime Prevention Foundation (MCPF) recommended safety precautions to prevent crime to residents of Bandar Sri Sendayan (BSS). The conference discussed improving safety in the BSS residential area. Matrix will continue to work with the Polis DiRaja Malaysia (PDRM) on improving safety in the township.

The respective Matrix Galleria at the various precincts allow us to promote our projects and act as an information centre catering for current and prospective customers and investors. Our sales personnel are customer-centric and are trained to attend to any queries pertaining to our projects and developments. There has been no incidence of non-compliance with regards to our marketing practices and provision of information to our customers.

Training On the 31st October and 1st November 2018, HRA has facilitated a training titled “Better Objection Handling for Higher Motivation (internal) and Customer Satisfaction (external)�. The training was led by an experienced speaker, Mr. Charles Tan who is the founder of kopiandproperty.com. Charles has over 15 years of experience in property investment and he shared some of the value experience to our staff on how to handle objection from customers. A total of 40 staff have benefited from this training.
