Building, Moving and Zoning Permits

Prior to doing any work or remodeling on or in your house or business, call or stop by the Melrose City Center to fi nd out for sure whether or not you need a permit. The Community Development staff is happy to answer any questions, give estimates on building permit costs and provide assistance regarding how to apply for a permit or work through the permit process.
