Tour Protection Plan Peace of Mind When Booking Your Trip! Book your Starr vacation without worrying about last minute changes in plans. Starr Tour Protection covers you for ANY reason should you need to cancel your trip. It's simple… there are no doctor's notes, pre-existing condition clauses, forms to be filled out, penalties or cancellation charges – no questions asked! And… with Starr's Interruption Assurance, if your overnight tour is interrupted due to illness or emergency, you will receive a refund for the cost of the remainder of your tour. You can cancel at any time, right up until 1 hour before the trip departs, and the full cost of your tour will be refunded to you (less the Tour Protection fee). TOUR PROTECTION COST: OVERNIGHT MOTORCOACH TOURS: Tour protection fee is $14 for every $100 increment of tour value. For example: Tour value = $101 - $200: Fee is $28 per person Tour value = $201 - $300: Fee is $42 per person
ONE-DAY TOURS: Tour protection fee is $12 for every $100 increment of tour value. For example: Tour value = $0 - $100: Fee is $12 per person Tour value = $101 - $200: Fee is $24 per person
Starr's Tour Protection Plan is not offered on certain ticketed events. Tour Protection fee is non-refundable, non-transferable and does not cover increases due to roommate cancellations. Tour Protection must be purchased and paid for prior to, or at, final payment of your tour. In order to activate Tour Protection, you must call to cancel at least 1 hour prior to your trip's departure. After business hours, call 609-587-0626 ext. 1600.
