What makes an event MORE MEMORABLE?

Clients ask this all the time. All the small details make a HUGE impact. Like any new concept or business venture, branding the experience and carrying the brand all the way through leaves a lasting impression. However, it’s not just the attention to detail, the overall theme, and the branding of the event that makes it stand out. Our Planners all agree that Interactive Activities increase the personality and excitement of an event.
Technology has allowed us to “map” special effects on tons of fun surfaces. We can create conversation pieces on walls, dance floors, and even on the bar! Video FX allow us to mix décor, branding, and interaction into ONE. Nothing adds dimension to a space better than video mapping. This is not just for millennials. It’s the future of décor.
At a recent wedding we planned, our team added a dual basketball hoop just a few steps away from the bar. Throughout the night, that area received tons of foot traffic and attention. This wedding had fantastic floral and linens, an incredible DJ with a packed dance floor, delicious food, AND basketball hoops! Unexpected, but totally enjoyed.
Company holiday parties are exciting to plan. Making them different from one year to the next allows us to get creative and have fun. Incorporating a souvenir into the evening’s activities is always a hit! Guests love creating cool mementos. Imagine concert tees screen printed on-site, or transferred custom digital art onto socks, luggage tags, pillows, coasters…the possibilities are endless. Every year, one of our clients has their employees add personalized vinyl lettering to company swag at their holiday party. Hoodies, hats, laptop bags… they choose the font, color, and signature. It’s like walking into an apparel store and having something made just for you.
A beauty bar can be incorporated into events seamlessly. Feather lashes, hair extensions, and temporary tattoos are all fun ways to add some “bling” for both guys and gals. At a recent employee appreciation event, the entire team was photographed with custom airbrushed tattoo logos on their arms, cheeks, and ankles. They had a ball being “inked” and loved the holiday card they created as a result.
In years past, it was expected that we choose the right activity for the right audience.Welcome to 2018 - out with the old, in with the NEW! Have some fun, break the rules – there is no box! Adding interactive activities to your event will take it to the next level and create lasting memories.
