Mission Statement The StarZone Fashions staff has come together from all spectrums of the apparel industry with more than 70 years of accumulated experience. Our designers’ haute couture stylings have paraded the runways of Paris, the halls of the White House, and charity balls throughout the nation. Our production team is second to none, possessing many years of experience in production for some of the most important ladies and cheer apparel retailers in the nation. Our sales force is the best there is and will patiently walk you through the process of putting together the perfect uniform for your #1 squad. We are dedicated not only to creating a fashion-forward and well-crafted cheer/dance uniform, but a garment that proudly sports a “Made in the USA” label. HIPS: Measure around the fullest part of the hips (approx. 8" below the natural waistline). BACK WAIST LENGTH "BWL": Measure from the tip of the most prominent bone at the base of the neck to the natural waistline. This measurement helps to determine the top length of the body. GIRTH: Measure from the front of the shoulder down underneath the crotch and back to the same shoulder. SKIRT LENGTH: Measure in back from the natural waistline over the hips to desired length on the leg. Please give whole inch increments. All StarZone Fashions skirt length measurements are made from the bottom of the waistband to the hemline.) Available lengths: 12", 13", 14", 15", 16", 17". Select skirts are available in additional lengths. PANTS INSEAM: Measure inside the leg from top to the desired pants length. PLEASE NOTE: StarZone recommends that your sponsor or someone with sewing experience measure team members. We suggest that you have the same person measure all team members to ensure consistency. PAYMENT OPTIONS School Related Groups: In order to give you our lowest prices, we strictly abide by the following policies. Payment by official school check, offcial school PO, cashier’s check, money order, or credit card is required. We accept Master Card, Visa , American Express, and Discover. When using a credit card, please have your credit card number, expiration date, and security code ready when you phone in your order. We reserve the right to hold any orders paid with check, cashier’s check, or offcial school check until cleared by our bank. Prices listed for merchandise in this catalog do not include shipping charges. The shipping charges in the chart to the right are valid for shipping within the contiguous United States. Non-School Related Groups: We accept Master Card, Visa , American Express, Discover, business check, money order, and cashiers checks. Half of your order total is due before an order can be processed. The remaining balance will be due before shipment of your order. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES At StarZone Fashions, we strive to give you quality finished products and we stand behind all our products. StarZone guarantees our merchandise against manufacturing defects. We will repair any defects that we are notified of within 14 business days after you have recieved your order. After 14 days any repairs or defects will be the sole responsibility of the purchaser. - All return claims must be made within 14 business days from receipt of item. For all exchanges, StarZone must receive the returned items before replacement items can be reshipped. - Shipping charges will be added to any orders requiring additional shipments for exchanges. - To return a defective item, please call our customer service department toll-free at 1(855) 393-5323 for help. All returns must include a copy of the packing slip, return form, reason for return/exchange, and the requested action. - Worn items, briefs, body suits or items that have been soiled will not be accepted for exchange or credit. - StarZone will not responsible for uniforms that have been outgrown. We strongly suggest the purchaser request a fit-kit to ensure proper fit. - StarZone will not be responsible for uniforms that have been mishandled or washed incorrectly. All items must be returned in original packaging in order for exchange/credit to be approved. - Any shoe exchanges must be received in restockable condition and in their original box. There is no restocking fee associated with shoe returns. If shoes are not in restockable condition (clean, unlaced, and in the original unmarked box), they will be returned to you. MATCHING PREVIOUS ORDERS Please provide us with all the necessary information or samples when placing your order. If you are trying to match to a previous order, please state so when placing your order. If your garment has lettering or monogramming, please send the sample or a picture to show style and placement of lettering. MATCHING COLORS We make every effort to match colors as closely as possible. Although the finest dyes are used in all of our products and materials, different color lots can absorb dye to varying degrees which can cause shading differences to occur. Therefore, StarZone cannot guarantee that colors and design will always match 100%. MINIMUM ORDERS All individual list prices are based on quantities of 4 or more. There is a processing upcharge of 20% to the list price on orders with quantities of 1-3. CANCELLATIONS Each StarZone uniform is custom “made to order” for each customer. Therefore, once your order is submitted, the deposit is non-refundable and changes cannot be made to the order.

SALES TAX If your organization is exempt from paying sales/use taxes, please submit an exemption certificate or other proof of exemption with your order as required by your state. DELIVERY TIMES (or ETA’s) Delivery ETA’s are approximate and may vary. The minimum lead time is 4 weeks for styles listed in this catalog and can increase during certain periods of high volume. The deivery time of custom designs may be increased to 12 weeks due to the processes used to construct a quality garment for you. in the event that you need an order rushed, there will be a minimum of 25% upcharge if the time frame is agreed by both parties. Your delivery ETA begins upon StarZone Fashions entry, deposit by purchaser, and processing of your completed order. EMBELLISHMENTS Please be specific when ordering lettering. Since these are custom-made, we are unable to accept returns. Please allow an additional 1-2 weeks manufacturing time for any monogramming or rhinestone designs. There is an additional $5.00 upcharge per uniform for metallic/specialty braiding or lettering. There is an additional charge for custom lettering; the price for custom lettering varies according to specifications. When matching a preivous order we cannot guarantee a 100% match in regards to color or design. USE AND CARE INSTRUCTIONS Use and care instructions are included with each garment. We recommend that no harsh detergents or bleach be used. Polyester garments should be washed separately in a full tub of cold water. Remove the garment promptly from the washer once the cycle is completed. Hang the garment to dry--do not put in the dryer. Do not dry clean uniforms. Do not use fabric softener on polyester garments as it may affect soil release properties. SPECIALTY FABRICS Care instructions for your uniform with specialty fabrics must be closely followed. Due to the delicate nature of these materials, StarZone cannot guarantee the life expectancy of these garments. It is normal for sequins orhinestones to be lost at high friction points, even with normal wear. StarZone will not be responsible for replacing or repairing any garment due to this type of natural wear. OTHER CONDITIONS All delivery ETA’s are estimated. We assume no liability for delays due to conditions over which we have no control, including delays because of carriers, accidents, or any other unavoidable cause.
