Energized by the concept of creating a new brand that would turn furniture design in a completely new direction, Jeff Young, Melanie Dunn, and Kristine Capra combined their decades of industry expertise to first create and then engineer a refreshing new concept. The challenge was to bring a highly sophisticated and diverse collection of individual furniture pieces consciously designed to be mixed and matched within the home. The idea was to foster creativity throughout the furniture buying experience. Words like innovative, spirited, and authentic should drive product development. The Pivotal Point is worthy of collector status, combining stylish, noteworthy finishes with clever features. The faux shagreen doors pivot to reveal capiz-shell embossing on the reverse side and an 18-bottle removable wine rack. You decide whether to use it open or closed. This piece also comes with two distinctly different sets of interchangeable legs; a shapely, higher leg as seen in the dining room setting verses a low contemporary foot shown below.
