UCAS The Careers Team have now sent 400 applications to UCAS!! Congratulations and thank you to all these students who have submitted on time As communicated last term ALL APPLICATIONS submitted by the internal deadline of 1ST DECEMBER have been quality checked and if necessary sent back to make corrections. Here are some very importants points about UCAS: If you have not yet had confirmation that your application has been sent to UCAS you must regularly check your emails, both college and personal, for notifications about changes needed. You MUST make these corrections AS SOON AS POSSIBLE and then RESEND your application. You will not be charged a second time but if you DO NOT resend we are UNABLE TO SUMIT YOUR APPLICATION TO UCAS. We CANNOT GUARANTEE that applications submitted AFTER THIS WEEK will be sent to UCAS by the new January deadline. It is YOUR RESPONSIBILITY NOW to ensure your application is submitted without errors using the checklist attached. Please check when you are adding qualifications, please check that you area adding the correct qualifiaction for example, For National Extended Certificates "Applied" Law Human Biology Performing Arts Search for: "Pearson BTEC Level 3 National Extended Cert" and find a qualification in the list that includes the words "(360) (First teaching sept 2016) For Criminology: the exact text you need to copy and paste into the search bar is: "WJEC Level 3 Applied Diploma in Criminology For Core Maths: the exact text you need to copy and paste into the search bar is : "OCR Level 3 Certificate in Quantitative Problem Solving (Core Maths)" Lastly - PLEASE NOTE THAT IF YUO DO NOT RETURN YOUR APPLICATION TO US BY THE END OF THE WEEK, WE MIGHT NOT BE ABLE TO SUBMIT IT. Flexible Admissions for 2021 Undergraduate Entry

Students' education has been disrupted during the pandemic and you may be worried about the impact this will have on your ability to meet our entry requirements. In order to support students due to sit their exams next summer Royal Holloway will be introducing additional flexibility around entry grades this year. If you gain an offer to begin a course at Royal Holloway in September 2021 (or defer entry to September 2022), we guarantee to confirm your place when results are published in August 2021, even if one of your final A-level grades is one grade lower than the offer which was made to you through UCAS*. If your course requires you to achieve a subject-specific result, you will still need to achieve that grade, and (if relevant) your original English language requirements will still apply. If your offer is based on a different qualification such as IB, BTECs, Scottish Highers, Welsh Baccalaureate, or other international qualifications, we will give you the equivalent flexibility as students taking A-levels.

Click here for more information *Excludes Integrated Foundation Year and International Foundation Year courses
