EXPLORE THE MIGHTY MISSISSIPPI!
Clear Waters Outfitting
Greater St. Cloud is lucky enough to have the Mississippi River flow right through town.
Get a clear view of this scenic attraction, starting at the River's Edge Convention Center where you can access the St. Cloud River Walk. Up for a hike? The River Walk follows along the Mississippi to the St. Cloud State University campus. If you're not out of breath yet, you can extend your adventure and pick up the Beaver Island Trail, which continues south along the waterfront. When it comes to adventures on the Mississippi, the possibilities are endless...pack a cooler and spend the day fishing with the family or rent a kayak, canoe, or paddleboard from Clear Waters Outfitting. Then hit the water via one of the convenient river accesses which are located at Wilson Park, St. Cloud State University, and River Bluffs Regional Park. It's always an adventure on the water.

“St. Cloud is an outdoor-lover’s dream destination with the closeness of the city. St. Cloud has something for everyone to explore! I would recommend taking a fishing guide trip with Leena Lures, swimming in the well-known quarries at Quarry Park and Nature Preserve, and walking the beautiful Munsinger Gardens. With multiple breweries and delicious food, you’re bound to find a new beer or favorite meal to indulge in after your outdoors adventures!”
