STEADFAST FOUNDATION Steadfast and its brokers actively support the communities in which we live and work, typically donating 1% of net profit after tax to charitable causes each financial year. Steadfast created the Steadfast Foundation to facilitate grants and charitable contributions that support charities helping people overcome adversity, with $1.3 million in donations made in its first 10 years. The Steadfast Foundation is guided by the Steadfast Foundation Board which is responsible for reviewing all submissions and will make its funding decisions for the benefit of the community and in alignment with the philosophy of the Foundation. Charities are chosen based on the recommendations of our brokers, and include cancer research and support, mental health, surf lifesaving, children’s causes and charities supporting the homeless and disadvantaged.
STEADFAST CONVENTION CHARITIES As well as the ongoing activities of the Steadfast Foundation, Steadfast brokers help raise funds each year as part of the annual Steadfast Convention. The 2017 convention charity will be KidsXpress. The KidsXpress program is a world-first, combining music, art, drama and play therapies into a group therapy model for children facing emotional trauma. With the purpose to enhance the emotional well-being of children, their families and their communities by managing and minimising the impact of emotional trauma. At the 2016 convention attendees raised in excess of $175,000 for Parkinson’s Australia, which advocates for the needs of people living with Parkinson’s, and for their families and carers. Since the Steadfast Convention began in 1999, our brokers have raised in excess of $1 million for charities.

STEADFAST CONVENTION 2017 SPONSOR/ EXHIBITOR CONFIRMATION TERMS & CONDITIONS 1. Terms and Conditions I. The Organisers reserve the right to change the venue and duration if exceptional circumstances demand. In the event of a change of venue and /or duration, the agreement to participate will remain in force as long as the Sponsor/Exhibitor is informed at least one month prior to the changes. II. The Conference Organising Committee reserves the right to accept or reject any application for Sponsorship/Exhibition, will allocate booths and alter the floor plan depending on the final allocation of site regardless of preference indicated in its absolute and unfettered discretion. III. In the case of cancellation by the Sponsor, notification will be accepted in writing only and should be sent to the Organiser, All Occasions Group. Unless that particular area of Sponsorship is resold, the Committee reserves the right to retain a cancellation fee. A written notice of cancellation received no later than 1 February 2017 will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. Any cancellation notice received after 1 February 2017 will be subject to a 100% cancellation fee. IV. The Conference Organisers reserve the right to unconditionally cancel any Sponsorship or Exhibition acceptance if it is deemed that the Sponsor or Exhibitor is conducting business contradicting the ethics and conduct of the Conference Organiser, or for any other reason at the discretion of the Organisers.

V. The Sponsor or Exhibitor is responsible for all personal injury or damage to property arising in connection with the Sponsor/Exhibitor display area, howsoever caused. The Sponsor/Exhibitor will indemnify the Organisers in respect of any claim and demands in respect thereof. The Sponsor/Exhibitor must take out adequate insurance in respect of all such claims. VI. I/we understand that the Sponsorship/Exhibition packages are allocated as outlined and the decision of the committee will be final. VII. The Sponsor cannot promote products and services outside those approved and cannot include as delegates persons from non-partner associations. VIII. The Sponsor cannot remove or coerce delegates from the business sessions. 2.
