WHY BARKLEY

Barkley is a professional, highly accomplished real estate broker with Steamboat’s leading brokerage and has been a consistent award winner for high sales volume. He is driven, detail-oriented and provides his clients with exceptional customer service, communication and availability.

P rior to joining Steamboat Sotheby’s International Realty in 2007, Barkley had nine years of technical experience as a structural engineer, working on high-end residential and commercial projects throughout the Yampa Valley. He has an in-depth understanding of building design and development.

A dedicated athlete, Barkley was a member of the U.S. Ski Team for moguls and then became an accomplished pro-level cyclist. This drive and dedication carries over into his real estate business.

B arkley is a fifth generation Colorado native, engineering graduate of the University of Colorado at Boulder, and Steamboat Springs resident since 1998. He and his wife Megan are grateful for the opportunity to raise their three children in this outstanding community. His appreciation of the people and lifestyle of Steamboat led him into the real estate business where he is able to commit all of his talents to helping his clients meet their real estate objectives.
