W.T. Morris Memorial Pool JUN - AUG

The only outdoor pool in Gratiot County, the pool facility saw a $150,000 renovation project in 2019! The pool house work was done with the help of a GREAT Grant from the Gratiot County Community Foundation, a gift from Gary DeShano and a grant from the W.T. Morris Foundation.

Rebuilt in 2005, the pool is a quality facility that provides swim lessons, programming and fun events for youngsters and adults alike.

The Middle of the Mitten Association is St. Louis’ Promotional Committee of the Gratiot Area Chamber. It is dedicated to furthering community involvement and improving the quality of life in the St. Louis area. It does this in a variety of ways including:

• Promoting the St. Louis area business community.

• Sponsoring community events.

• Helping to keep the public informed about events and activities.

• Donating to projects such as the Farmers Market, street banners and promotional materials.

• Supporting county wide events and fostering a spirit of cooperation between all Gratiot County communities.

Fireworks 07.15

St. Louis has been having 4th of July celebrations for over 100 years! This year July 15 will see one of the best fireworks shows in Mid-Michigan, music performances, a free swim at the pool and city-wide garage sales. Be sure to enjoy a relaxing day in St. Louis as we celebrate our country’s independence.
