Maria Xinopoulou has studied Fashion Design. She completed her studies in Fine Arts at “Les Yper Yper”, Institute of Arts and New Technologies, supervised by the artist Rania Emmanouilidou. She draws her inspiration from the urban everyday life and the emotions it evokes. She is also influenced by music. Her favorite materials are the colored pencils and she complementary uses watercolor, inks or acrylics. Her work lies in the field of visual arts and illustration. She has participated in various exhibitions in Greece and abroad. In December 2013, her work “Marta” from “Boudoir” series, was included in the publication “Art Takes Times Square”. She has also been featured by the photographers Hunter & Gatti, on www.hgissue.com, for “exclusives”. Maria Xinopoulou lives and works in Thessaloniki, Greece.
