• La struttura del cassonetto è in acciaio zincato, spessore 0,5 mm nei fianchi/profilo posteriore e 0,8 mm per i profili del top/fondo • Il fianco del cassonetto è realizzato in un unico pezzo di lamiera e presenta delle grecature verticali con passo da 100 mm. La grecatura conferisce una maggiore rigidità alla struttura. La rete metallica, che completa il fianco, è in acciaio zincato ed è fissata al fianco mediante graffette consentendo un ottimo ancoraggio dell’intonaco. Insieme al cassonetto viene fornita una rete a maglia fine in fibra di vetro che posta nella parte superiore in corrispondenza della giunzione tra cassonetto e il laterizio (da entrambi i lati) protegge da possibili setolature dell’intonaco. • Il controtelaio è corredato da 2 distanziali ad innesto necessari per la posa.

Le module ondulé assure une plus grande rigidité de la structure. Le grillage métallique, qui complète la partie latérale, est en acier zingué; il est fixé de chaque côté du caisson par des agrafes et permet un excellent ancrage du crépi. Le caisson est fourni avec un grillage à mailles fines en fibres de verre qui, placé dans la partie supérieure, sur la jonction entre caisson et mur (sur les deux côtés), offre une protection contre les éventuelles microfissures du crépi. • Le contre-châssis est équipé de 2 barres d’écartement nécessaires pour le montage.

Sur le côté du montant en bois, la traverse est fixée par des chevilles à frapper alors que sur côté du caisson, l’assemblage rail / caisson se clipse. o 2 chariots à roulements à billes d’une portée de 80 kg, équipés de brides de suspension et de butée d’arrêt pour le montage du vantail de la porte.

1. Inserire la guida nel cassonetto innestandola nell’apposita sede. 2a. Unire mediante i chiodi premontati in dotazione la guida al montante. 2b. Anta doppia: posizionare i due cassonetti con la guida gia' inserita (punto 1) uno contro l'altro. Unire le due guide avvitando le le spine di giunzione in dotazione come indicato in figura. 3. Inserire i distanziali nelle apposite sedi.
1. Clipper le rail dans le châssis. 2a. Unir le rail au précadre bois avec les vis à frapper (fournies). 2b. Double: positionner les deux caissons l’un contre l’autre sur le rail déjà installé (figure 1). Unir les deux rails en vissant la bride de jonction fournie, comme indique sur la figure. 3. Positionner les écarteurs comme sur le croquis.

Double door: position the two metal boxes against each other with the track already inserted (point 1). Join the two tracks by screwing in the joint tongues provided, as shown in the diagram. 3. 1. Inserire nella guida le staffe. 2. Inserire la guida nel cassonetto innestandola nell’apposita sede. 3a. Unire mediante i chiodi premonati in dotazione la guida al montante. 3b. Anta doppia: posizionare i due cassonetti con la guida gia' inserita (punto 2) uno contro l'altro. Unire le due guide avvitando le le spine di giunzione in dotazione come indicato in figura. 4. Inserire i distanziali nelle apposite sedi.

Introduire les coulisseaux dans le rail. Clipper le rail dans le châssis. Unir le rail au précadre bois avec les vis à frapper (fournies). Double: positionner les deux caissons l’un contre l’autre sur le rail déjà installé (figure 1). Unir les deux rails en vissant la bride de jonction fournie, comme indique sur la figure. 4. Positionner les écarteurs comme sur le croquis.
1. Introducir en la guía suplementos de fijación. 2. Introducir la guía en el armazón encajándola en su alojamiento. 3a. Unir mediante los tornillos premontados en dotación al montante de madera. 3b. Dos hojas: colocar los dos armazones, con la guía ya introducida (punto 1), uno frente al otro. Unir las dos guías atornillando a fondo las dos espigas de unión, que se entregan como parte del equipo, tal como se indica en la figura. 4. Introducir los distanciales en sus alojamientos.

Insert the brackets on the rail. Insert the aluminium rail into the frame, fixing it in its place. Joint with the supplied prefixed screw the rail to the wooden jamb. Double door: position the two metal boxes against each other with the track already inserted (point 1). Join the two tracks by screwing in the joint tongues provided, as shown in the diagram. 4. Fix the space bars between the removable protection plate.
