a little bit about me
Dedicated and detail-oriented creative designer, with a love of playful visual expression. My skill set includes illustrations, branding, typography and packaging. Adept in soft skills with Adobe Photoshop, Indesign and Illustrator, I’m also proficient in Premiere Pro. Professionally I had the opportunity to work with branding and user interface for websites; these experiences helped me analyse the client’s goals and requirements and strategies for the best design and brand identity for their brands.

Branding & Print The Brief Design, deliver and document a major design project that allows you to explore an area of interest, develop your skills and knowledge and create a significant portfolio piece.
The Purpose This design aimed to express the feelings and moods of people with anxiety using my areas of interest such as hand lettering, illustration and typography. Usually, positive and motivational quotes are used, but allowing yourself to feel bad, sad and angry; is healthy. I wanted to use this “controversial” look and feel, where you see something cute and warm and with punchy or moody wording, to be fun and relatable.

Packaging & Branding THE BRIEF Generate typographic forms by applying a range of theoretical and technical skills, together with the principles of letterform classification and produce comprehensive 2D and 3D packaging design solutions for a chosen product.
THE PURPOSE Environmentally friendly option for menstrual period pads as it is the most frequently chosen product by women. So the pads are 100% organic, and the packaging is both recycling and compostable, minimising the impacts in nature and being as effective as a regular pad.

Typeface generation THE BRIEF Generate typographic forms by applying a range of theoretical and technical skills, together with the principles of letterform classification and compose a visual presentation that integrates typographic knowledge and ideas.
THE PURPOSE
the quick brown fox
jumps over the lazy dog.
Explore handwritten typeface as this style matches with my design aspirations and I would like to explore this technique further, suits better to use in titles, logo and merchandise.
