Their flagship store on the corner of 9th and the Boardwalk is big and shiny and those Manco memories that you love are waiting to be made inside. Of course, the pizza remains as good as it’s ever been. For over six decades, Manco has served the thin, crispy pizza pie that makes your mouth water just thinking about it. It’s a show! It’s always entertaining to watch as the pieman shapes and tosses the secret-recipe dough before sliding it into the rotating oven. Even the traditional sequence of ingredients is different – at Manco and Manco it’s cheese then sauce.
