Secrets hopes that Mexico´s readers take part of our magazine industry, reading what is specially search for you. Where does the energy come from? The energy we consume daily comes from the food we eat everyday and it’s delivers to all the body. It is obtained by the oxidation of the carbohydrates, fats and proteins we consume everyday of our lives.

what’s a calorie? That is something we wonder everyday and why everyone is worried about how many calories they consume in a day or how many calories does food have. A calorie is mesure of energy that is in food and it’s based on the water heat and it represents the energetic power of the food. The consumed calories per day aport the energy necessary to realiza the essential functions of our body. But why every oner is worried about the calories sue consume? well, thats why if we consume more calories than the necessary and we don't burn them by doing physical activities they all store in a part of our organism and that’s when we say we are getting fat.

carbohydrates A carbohydrate is a compound formed by carbon, hydrogen and oxygen and we all know that this elements are an essential part of a human being and also part of their development. A carbohydrate is one of the four basic group nutrients necessary in our life, but even they are necessary in our lives there are also “bad” carbohydrates that cannot be digested by humans and they are most in plant tissue or as it is known in the cellulose.

RELATION BETWEEN CHEESE AND WINE JIMENA GUTIERREZ SANCHEZ Everybody knows that the cheese and wine are fermented food that together had been making a good combination for gourmet food or restaurants. In the entire world exist all kind of cheese and wine, different taste, aroma, and styles. This relation has been existing for many years in Europe, that now we are going to explain the focal points: Important Points For many years the relation between the cheese and vine has been existing, that is because when the goats were near of the vineyards and also for the international trade that the cheese and wine started to make it work, so in different places of the world started to make this combination worked For contrast Everybody knows that there has been existing different types, color and taste of wines and cheese. There has been existing wines from the cheapest so as to the expensive ones. Is the same case with the cheese, from the most currents so as to the expensive ones. These products existed since the humanity also existed.

Traditions In France, for example, they recognized the cheese as if their culture, because of their traditions for many years ago, also for the wine. In France they produce over 400 varieties of cheese. With he result that France is internationally recognized for been a country where cheese and wine are in their culture. Actually this relation between cheese and wine is used to be present in people. Gourmet food, with the result of mix the sweet taste of the wine with the salty taste of the cheese.

Also this relation is present in other countries so as Mexico, The wine was produced in the northern and central states of the country, all kind of wines for many years, because of the weather of those states that the vineyards had produced very good crops.

Types of Wines You can find all kind of wines for different occasions, also depend on your taste, what kind of wine do you like to drink to have a relaxing time. This are the types:  Merlot: Is on of the wines softer that the Cabernet. It have a combination of cherry and plum aroma, with the result that this wine could have a good taste  Cabernet Sauvignon: Is one of the most popular wines, because of their sweet taste of vanilla and oak.  Malbec: This wine is very easy to drink but also this wines is to softer, this wine has a taste between blackberries and plums  Sangiovese: This wine is more difficult to find, this wine comes from Italy, their taste is of red fruits making Process 1. For the winemaking, the grapes need to tighten up before they fermented in the

oak, so they could take the juice of the grapes, except when they are going to be in carbonic maceration The rest of the grape (pulp) is put in a fermenter (cubes), an then they put a little bit of sulfur dioxide After that, they put in the fermenter cubes the alcoholic fermentation in the rest of the grapes, that take long between 5 and 7 days After that, for days they pump the skin of the grape so they could take the most extraction od color After that, that the rest of the product is pressed so they could have a mixture of that The red wine is more complicated, they used to be in barrels of oak between 18 months to 2 years And after the wines is mature, the wine is bottled
