Dear candidates This message is a mirror of an opportunity of leadership, that reflects not an easy journey but a challenging one. I see ISCTEM as a mirror of Growth and an entity that needs brave attitude and leadership that if you are applying, then you are willing to accept and make your own decision to the challenge. ISCTEM is a LC that needs your strength to grow. As a person that little was in this role I advise

you to accept this challenge because it can make you grow as person, as manager and also as 6

an AIESEC in ISCTEM leader. We are in the Aiesec 2020 delivery process that needs and comes with a different way and refreshment methods. So this is a great opportunity to make possible that those changes can be implemented in your LCP role and collaborate the 2020 vision to the LC.

FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions)

1. Who can apply? Any active members in AIESEC in ISCTEM with the following conditions: • Has or is participating on at least a Team Leader role and has full membership in AIESEC in ISCTEM. Also Alumnus with the same profile. 2. If I can’t participate in person at some stage of the process? First step is to talk to the contacts 6mentioned on number 3. If you can not participate in any phase of the process in person, will be automatically removed.

General information 3.

Election process - During election candidate has: • 5 minutes for introductory speech, • 5 minutes for strategy and plan, • 2 rounds (Max.) for questions and answers. • 1 minute for final speech. • Candidate is elected if he/she receives more than 2/3 of valid votes. 6

To apply you need to present the required documents (application package) in one zip/rar file: “Name_LCP_4th_@isctem17.zip” or “Name_LCP_4th_@isctem17.rar” All files must be in PDF format. Only the Engram questionnaire and Belbin test should remain in Excel format. No extra document will be accepted. Answer all the questions. You can be creative with the application as long as you respect the order of the questions with an appropriate and visible design; The answer can be in Portuguese or English( In English will have an advantage). Minimum font size is 11 & Maximum 12 pages Send the video as a link on the application package. Do not exceed or have a different number of what is asked and make sure the application package is composed only of what was asked. Executive summary consists of a summary of your application in one page in terms of 6 vision, strategies and others. The non fulfillment of any of these requisites leads to immediate removal of the application.
