- Create an artificial slope with the earth extracted from the excavation project to bury the buildings and give the correct sun exposure - Create Mixed modular energy and functional self-sufficient cores - Place in the deeper areas the energy production spaces and distribution networks - Build a backbone of the buildings to the facilities and natural ventilation (ventilation shafts) - Setting a volumetric articulation and horizontal light points
