THE COMPANY The history of Laika began in 1964. These were the years of the conquests of space. The founder, Giovambattista Moscardini, was fascinated by these adventures that were opening new horizons. This is why the company was given the name of the first dog launched into space and its logo is the red greyhound with wings. 1964 was also the year of the first caravan model, the little “500”. It was so small in size that it could be towed by a Fiat 500. Laika produced the first motorhome in 1977. We’ve come a long way since then...Laika is now a state-ofthe-art company.

A BEDROOM FOR A KING Laika Rexosline 800L offers an absolutely special bedroom: the bed headboard is upholstered and equipped with a built-in exclusive oval mirror with a silver-coloured frame. On the ceiling, small blue led drop-lights provide for a spectacular star-studded sky. A V-shaped mattress allows one to use the bed either as twin beds or to easily create a huge king-size bed. PERFECT FOR THE M OUN TA IN Kreos 5001 SL has been conceived to s p e n d pleasant time with friends after skiing, as well as to house your sports equipment. The Double Garage System is really maxi-dimensioned (2,170 x 1,740 mm). It is divided into two separate compartments to easily and conveniently store different types of sports equipment. The internal garage (which has an external opening door and is also accessible from inside the vehicle) is heated and equipped with a clothes rail and removable dripping trays. Ski clothing and boots can be easily dried-out in this area.

THE PLEASURE TO WAKE UP WITH A SMILE The super maxi-sized luton has exceptional dimensions (including useful headroom height from the mattress of 74 cm) a roof light and it is fitted with wooden staves and an extra comfortable mattress to ensure an excellent night rest. The luton is upholstered with a special material that has an insulating effect. For those who use their motorcaravan during the winter too, Laika has equipped all Ecovip lutons with a special warm air distribution system which will allow you to enjoy a cosy sleep even if temperatures drop outside. 47
In addition to elegance, Laika Ecovip washrooms offer a domestic type water system with robust polybuthylene pipes and fittings, and 40 mm diameter drain pipes with waste traps. Many more details make the difference: a luxury etched glass liquid soap dispenser, a retractable clothes rack as standard, inboard water tanks and fixed tanks with ventilation.
MUCH SPACE FOR THE WHOLE FAMILY The Laika Ecovip offer numerous possibilities of storage, depending on the model: from the full-width underfloor storage compartment with lighting, accessible from both sides, to a motorcycle garage, to the maxi-boot with sectionally-opening hatches that can also house bicycles, now accessible also from inside the vehicle. SPORT 100: VERSATILITY IS ITS TARGET Laika presents Sport 100: a highly versatile vehicle, with many ideas and practical details. LIGHTING WITH ENERGY SAVING LEDS On all Laika vehicles (except for Sport 100), the lighting is provided by LEDs. This allows significant energy savings.
ELECTRIC DROP-DOWN BED (OPTIONAL) ABOVE THE LIVING AREA (LOW-PROFILES) Eight different LAIKA X low-profile models can be equipped with an (optional) extra bed above the dinette, electrically adjustable. When not in use, the LAIKA special drop-down bed provides up to 1.85-mt useful height from the floor. The bed is available in two different versions; Light Duty or Heavy Duty for an even higher night comfort. It can be adjusted at any height and allows to simultaneously use the dinette bed below.
FULL-COMFORT, SUPER-MAXI VOLUME LUTON The Laika lutons possess unique features: up to 780 mm of headroom height, extra-comfortable mattresses, condensation-proof bed surface with wooden staves, roof-light, large windows, reading lights and excellent ventilation. SEVEN SEATS FOR LUNCH Thanks to the Super Living version, the X 700 can provide you with a livingroom allowing up to 7 seats for lunch. And when your friends visit you for a cocktail, there is enough room for 8 seats.
STANDARD TABLE EXTENSION In the standard dinette version, the table extension is standard and the table can measure up to 1.5-mt long (X700).
ADJUSTABLE LIGHT ATMOSPHERE The new LAIKA X lighting technology concept has been designed to always create a different lighting style: the light beam from light spots under the cabinets can be directed towards the inside for reading purposes or towards the wall in order to create a relaxing atmosphere. Several light spots can be switched on independently. You can choose what and how many lights are to be used to create a different light atmosphere. Thanks to full LED technology you can also save much energy. TWO TYPES OF LIVING-ROOM FOR EACH MODEL Now you can decide the type of living-room you prefer: you may choose the standard version, with a demi-dinette and a table anchored to the wall with a standard extension system, or you may choose the optional version, i.e. an L-shaped lounge with a table with telescopic leg and adjustable top (any direction). The headrest upholstery can be easily removed and washed. SOFA EXTENSION SYSTEM Thanks to a simple standard system, it is possible to increase the seating comfort or even create one more seat, by adding a small optional cushion.
LAIKA X KITCHEN CONCEPT: A GOURMET KITCHEN, IN TWO VERSIONS X Series kitchens are structured like home kitchens, with several useful details: maxi-dimensioned drawer chests, large window, extractor fan, 230V socket, an additional slide-out work top (L-shaped kitchens), a chopping board to be used on the sink or as an additional work top thanks to a hide away panel where the chopping board is housed. The “Grand Chef� kitchen version is also available for extra cooking, where you have four gas burners, an oven and a dripper integrated into the kitchen top.
