These Extension Program Project was developed to Lumen et Fides School for students with autistic spectrum disorder and students with reduced mobility, located in Presidente Prudente - State of SĂŁo Paulo.

The most important thing about this landscaping proposal was the Magda Mustafa’s researches and studies - about people with autistic spectrum disorder. Her topics shows sensorial, olfactory and visuals aspects which were the basis of our project, translated into the choices of plants, color palette, textures and designated areas. Even more, we proposed to change the car and ambulance flows to minimize chaos in the play area and provide freedom and security to the students. Also, the third transformation was changing the existing dangerous plants to more adequate ones for educational environment, such as plants without thorns, edible and odoriferous to stimulate student’s development. Not less, we recommended different types of floors to enable students in wheelchairs to access the areas of the school and play in the accessible playground.

This text was inspired by the original work published in the article at Vitruvius – Online Architecture Magazine: <http://vitruvius.com.br/revistas/read/arquitextos/19.223/7246> in December, 2018. The main point of this urban intervention, in the deactivated railway in Presidente Prudente - São Paulo, was the architecture thinking process based on “The Derive” theory of Debord and Deleuze and Guatarri’s philosophy.

The goal of thinking hypothesis is to explore the spaces’ significations within its singularities and multiplicities in a way to arrange into a project always in process and deterritorialization. It happens with a collaborative participation to provide places of freedom and experimentation.

These fissures able the crossing between this two places. Them can conect distinct times and places, even thought don’t belonging to either sides.

The railway looks like it divides two different cities inside one. To the left the modern: the car city. On the right the little part stopped in the past: the golden time city. Also there’s the middle, the green area of the deactivated railway that doesn’t belong to anywhere and no time. Only the wind and who ever adventure to cross.
The perceptions from urban wanderings were expressed in sensitive cartographies, which pointed to three traversal fissures against the linear railway area. Due to those perceptions it was thought three interventions to reveal these fissures between Goulart and Marcondes Villages. These places, called fissures are a tunnel system, a bridge and the third viaduct. Driven by the dynamics of local ambiences, the proposal was a creation of multiple swingings as time pendulums installations to cross those fissures.

Respinos de Águas resistem Ativação. Urban intervention.2018.
The intervention highlighted here is part of my final graduation thesis from a series of seven urban interventions in empty sites along the Lavapés River. There is no scalar forced project, only hypotheses of activation to these vacancy places (but full of desires). The idea was to wander the current situation of the river in the urban area always in modification. The thesis proposed other ways to think the contemporary city based on the rhizome philosophy. The generic city is built by the market speculation within homogeneous typologies. These standard constructions sometimes suffocate the users turning out to be totally disconnected from the place reality. In other direction the investigation around the river Lavapés showed the terrain vague it is today, a non-place. This perception questions the modern technocrat discourse responsible for the urban development that struggles waters’ courses in pavement and concrete. Therefore, it was elaborated reflexions from urban sensitive cartographies about hypothesis of activation, connectivity of knowledges and preexistent micro-switches, in addition to the environmental question as well the singularities and multiplicities.

terrain vague locations. From the ray’s sunlight drawings on the floor, the shadows tons and the resistant bushes it was intended a ‘green respire’ in the dense urban area. The length site gave space to ground levels, a stormwater garden and cap system to the neighbors’ constructions. “O respiro”’ is a garden cultivated by community with a purpose of open different views about the river running between the buildings.

Digital posters Pres. Prudente, Brazil by Ópera Krios for Corpo que dança Dance School.
The purpose of the digital arts was to divulgate the dancing school “Corpo que Dança” and the work of Professor Emerson who realized body movement workshop in the SEMARQ (architecture week of UNESP in 2016). The arts were inspired in the dynamic of the contemporary dance classes. The movements and the touch from the music react in the bodies as it goes, these were the theme of the two posters. The first how the dance allows to discovery the inner dancer and the second the kids art of dancing.
