Polled Reflections from the "Front Porch"
Sitting here watching a few heifers grazing in the pasture across the driveway, my mind went back to the day our first POLLED heifer was born...it was September of 2011. At the time, we thought the "POLLED THING" was a neat idea, but it wasn't until a year or so later that we actually decided to make it part of our breeding program. And now...we are milking around 15 POLLED cows and nearly half of our heifers are POLLED also! So today you could say that we are excited and are enjoying the "POLLED VIEW" from the porch swing!
