Terms And Conditions

Cattle will sell under the suggested Terms and Conditions of the American Angus Association (http://www.angus.org/Pub/suggested_sale_terms.pdf)

Payment is required prior to release and transfer of cattle to purchaser, and is expected within 30 days of invoicing.

ANNOUNCEMENTS FROM THE BLOCK WILL TAKE PRECEDENCE OVER PRINTED MATERIAL.

** There will be 1/3 semen and revenue sharing interest retained on all sale bulls. **

Pickup

Take $100/bull off of your purchase if you bring your trailer and pick up on sale day. If you are not able to pick up purchased animals after the sale, please notify sales management at checkout time, and arrangements can be made to accommodate your needs.

Miller Farm LLC will also keep all ET calves nursing their recipient mother until weaning, free of charge.

Cattle Load Out

Cattle will be available for loadout following checkout, all cattle not picked up by 10:00 AM, Saturday March 25th, will be moved to Miller Farm LLC.

Bull Guarantee

All bulls selling have passed a breeding soundness exam and trichinosis test prior to the sale. Miller Farms, LLC and Friends guarantees all bulls selling against breeding injury, and to be sound breeders for the first breeding season. Breeding season is defined as the 90-day period following the first turnout of the bulls. If a problem arises, contact Craig Miller or Brennan Miller, and we will provide a replacement bull if available, or if the buyer prefers, credit towards a bull will be given in the upcoming sale, less salvage value, of the injured bull. Please notify us as soon as possible should injury or problem occur and prior to the injured bull being sold for salvage! No claims will be accepted after six months from the sale date.

Liability

All persons attending this sale do so at their own risk, legal or otherwise, for their safety or for the behavior of animals. The owners, sale management, and the sale staff assume no liability for property loss or any accident that may occur.

All cattle will have the appropriate health papers for immediate shipping.
