Between farm & fork Humans need food to survive and most of us include meat as part of our diet. We have a close evolutionary connection to other animals.

In recent times this connection appears abstract. Specifically as part of the food chain, instead of hunting and fishing we have handed over the killing and processing of meat to third parties.

Many of us have an affinity with animals and many of us like eating meat however we seem to be in denial about the process in between. This book is a visual acknowledgement of the process between farm and fork.
