Merchandise Presentation: Overall clean, hip, trendy. Visual Merchandising: Some wall displays and table displays as well as hanging signs. Customer Service: The employs were friendly, but not attentive. After more than 10 minutes of browsing I got a generic are you finding everything alright. Size: The store is broken up into mens and women’s, the women’s being much larger than mens. Still the mens selection was very large compared to other Forever 21s. Overall Experience: My experience was overall okay, The employs weren’t much help so expect to be on your own unless you have a serious question.

Customer Service: Fairly well was greeted within a few minutes, the store seemed busy but in order. Size: The mens section was not even a quarter of the size of the women’s, shoes had a few selections from various categories. Overall Experience: My experience was overall fine, Id rather shop at a flag ship store or look online.

Brief History on the Brands Forever 21 was founded in Los Angeles, California in 1984 by Do Won Chang and his wife Sook Chang. The store was originally intend to be a kids/ teens store which has sense been targeted to young women, men, and teen girls. The brand has grown to include stores around the world including Brazil, Asia, and Europe. The Steve Madden brand was founded and started by Steve Madden, a born and raised New Yorker from Queens. In 1990 with only $1,100 Madden started creating his shoes by using his experience in the footwear industry to create an iconic brand. The brand was born in Queens just like Madden and has gone on to be a successful well known brand around the world. Urban Outfitters which originated from the company Free People was created in 1972, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania by Richard Hayne. Focusing on vintage hip bohemian style, expanding there store to included not online clothing but also furniture and home accessories. The brand now has over 400 retail locations as well as five retail brands: Urban Outfitters, Anthropology, Free People, Terrain, and BHLDN.
