Intentional Giving Intentional gift giving is being conscious about what you put into the lives of others. Times have definitely changed and surely you have seen the word “minimal” and “minimalism” hundreds of times in the last few years. We don't necessarily see ourselves as true minimalists, but we strongly agree with quality over quantity and only adding items, or experiences, that you absolutely love and that can add value to your life. At the 1 to 1 Wellness App, Ann-Marie and I wanted to pull together for you some festive and lovely, intential gifts that you can create from the heart for those your cherish.

Nordic Noel - Bath Salt Ornament
1. Mix 250ml epsom salts (in liter jars or container with lid) half full of salt with about 10 drops of oil. We use lavender, orange and cedarwood in ours! But, pick your own! If you want to use soap dye to color the salt, add it here. 2. Mix it well by tilting it around (that’s why you should only fill it half way) and let sit in the jar for a few days so the salts absorb the fragrance. (Optional: blend them up in a food processor to make it easier to funnel into the ornaments.) 3. Start filling the ornament with the salts. 4. Once full, put the top of the plastic ornament back on. Pro Tip: use soap dye to color the salt. Also consider applying a monogram initial of the recipient on the ornament. Quick, easy, and beautiful. When ready to use, add desired amount to warm bath!
