Different to the Previous Website Because this is now a .com website and not a .co.uk website, the platform is visible to wearers, eyecare professionals and distributors across the world. Therefore, the initial EYEWEAR view shows the entire STEPPER EYEWEAR catalogue with models and sizes not necessarily available to the UK market.
To find UK models DO NOT SEARCH AND BROWSE before you have logged in as a Business User with a username and password. The STEPPER UK catalogue is a subset of the STEPPER EYEWEAR catalogue specially selected for UK market requirements and tastes.
Before You Do Anything – Log In To log in you need to use the email address registered with your account. This needs to be used in conjunction with the password already sent to this email account. This then gives you Business User access to the UK catalogue from which you can order frames.
As a Business User you can also view and order frames from the UK frame catalogue. To do this you must first log in
If you do not already have Business User access, STEPPER will organise an account for you using the email address you supply us with. This will trigger an automatic email from the website to you at the email address suppled. This email will contain your password for log in.
To view and order STEPPER UK frames, you need to log in by clicking on ‘LOGIN’ at the top right of the website home page. After clicking ‘LOGIN’ you will be taken to the log in page. Your username is your email. Your password is the code you have been sent by email. Then click ‘LOGIN’.

Following this you will have entered the website as a Business User. • • •
The site will show you have logged in by an acknowledgment message in the top left corner of the site; ‘Hi YOUR NAME’. You will see your ‘Cart’ showing ‘0’ Now ‘EYEWEAR’ will take you to the STEPPER UK frame catalogue where you can search via a number of filters and order.
At the bottom of this page you will find ‘PROFILE’ and ‘ORDERS’
PROFILE Click on PROFILE and you will find your account profile details. Here you can amend your profile details – for example to give yourself a more memorable password.
ORDERS Click on ORDERS and this will show your order history and your order status. This applies to orders you have placed online only. Click on ‘View’ and the frames/quantities within the order will be shown.
All Set •
You now have your username (your emails address) and your password sorted, and you have logged in as a Business User.

You can now search, view and order frames from the STEPPER UK catalogue.

When you first log into your online account, your ORDERS will be empty.
•
Once you start ordering, your orders with date, online order number and their details will build.
Searching and Ordering Once logged in click on ‘EYEWEAR’
This will show the STEPPER UK frame catalogue in an unfiltered format.
To assist in finding the frames you need, there is a filter function. Click here.
Filtering Now you can narrow your search down using the filter tools: BRANDS, GENDER, MATERIAL, STYLE, COLOUR & SIZE
For example:
When you have the filter options you want (you do not have to select one from every line), click ‘FILTER’.
This will reveal the frames that meet your filter criteria.
Click on a frame and its catalogue page will open in a new window.
Look at the frame specification, the colour choices and, should it fit your requirements, ‘ADD TO CART’ to begin order. Select the colour code you require.
Select the quantity you require:
And ‘ADD TO CART’.
To view your cart, click ‘BACK TO CART’ to show the frames you are about to order. From here you can continue choosing, adding to your cart, increasing or decreasing numbers of frames, removing styles until you have the order you wish to submit. If you have any special instructions to go with your order, like delivery instructions, you can add them here.
To place order, click ‘CONFIRM’. You will then see this message:
You will shortly receive an order confirmation including a website order number in an email.
