PV D COATING

PVD (Physical Vapour Deposition) is a process in which vaporised metals, generally chromium and titanium are deposited in a vacuum on the product’s metal surface. The metals in their gaseous state precipitate and physically melt into the material surface providing a specific special colour.

Properties

Higher resistance to scratches and abrasions.

Higher corrosion resistance.

High resistance to domestic chemicals and cleaners.

Hygienic surface – suitable for food contact.

Enhanced decorative finish.

NANO -TECH

Nano Coating is the process of applying an ultra-thin surface layer which gives the product a mechanically flat surface. Which repels dry particles, water, oil, and dirt. Resulting in a product that is dirt repellent and more hygienic, easier to clean and more resistant to scratches and chemicals. Other benefits include a reduction in grease and finger marks.

Properties

Dirt Repellent and Hygienic Hydrophobic Chemical Resistance

Ultraviolet Resistance

Reduces Grease and Finger Marks
