Steve started selling real estate in Wellington in 1993 when he was appointed Sales Manager for Challenge Realty’s Oriental Bay Office. Within 18 months Steve took the office into the top 10 in the Challange Realty Group. Steve went on to purchase three Wellington Offices and in the next seven years was instrumental in growing the company from a sales team of 12 to a team of 68 sales people with 4,000 house sales worth over $1.5 billion dollars.
I have been in the Real Estate Industry since September 1999. I commenced as a Sales Consultant and then moved into the Management arena for a couple of years. Then I “saw the lightî”and returned back to my real passion - SELLING REAL ESTATE!
Since then Steve worked for Ray White in Australia who asked him to restructure their international business model so as to increase their competitiveness with RE/ MAX.
